CUSTOMER :

TAKING THE ORDER:
The customer whose membership has been approved will notify GUREL BIJUTERÄ° about his order via the internet. However, the order will be considered unconfirmed until the confirmation e-mail is sent to the customer. After the confirmation e-mail reaches the customer, the order will be valid.
PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS:
When the customer completes his order online, he will be presented with payment options to choose from. The customer will choose the appropriate one from these options and continue his transactions in this way. GÜREL BIJUTERÄ° is authorized to change, increase, decrease or remove payment options over time. GÜREL BIJUTERÄ° is obliged to protect the information provided by the Customer for Payment purposes.
SHIPMENTS OF PRODUCTS:
GÜREL BIJUTERÄ° will make all the products for which the product order and payment have been completed, ready within 2 working days at the latest and dispatch them to the Customer. The shipment of the products will be provided by the logistics companies known within the Republic of Turkey. GÜREL BIJUTERÄ° is not responsible for delays caused by logistics companies that undertake product shipment.
CHARGING OF SHIPMENTS:
GÜREL BIJUTERÄ° reserves the right to charge the Customer for product shipments. However, the Customer will be informed on the website. No additional shipping charges may be incurred after the Customer has made all Payments.
FAILURE AND RETURN PROCEDURES:
GÜREL BIJUTERÄ° supplies all its products from companies that have reached a corporate structure. After examining the possible problems or defects in the products purchased by the customer, if there is a product defect, a new product or a different product with the same amount will be delivered to the customer, and the price of the product will be refunded if requested. GÜREL BIJUTTER will send the faulty product to the manufacturer for examination, if it deems necessary. If the manufacturer approves, the product will be replaced with a new product or a different product with the same amount, or the price paid for the product will be refunded. Warranty conditions will apply for GUARANTEED PRODUCTS. The maximum repair period is 30 working days. The customer must send the product in its original packaging, with all documents including the warranty certificate and invoice, to GÜREL BIJUTERÄ°. If for any reason, the product returned is not the fault of the customer, the shipping fee belongs to GÜREL BIJUTERÄ°. It is important that the shipping company to be selected is traceable. The faulty product is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches GÜREL BIJUTERÄ°.
OTHER CONTRACT ARTICLES:
1 - The consumer has the right to return the product purchased in its unopened original packaging with all documents (invoice, warranty certificate, etc.) within 5 days following the invoice date. However, in this case, there should be no situations that will prevent the sale of the product to be returned to the end user in any way. In the event that the customer withdraws from the purchase of the product, GÜREL BIJUTERÄ° must compensate all shipment, insurance and bank commissions and all losses incurred due to the sale.
2 - GÜREL BIJUTERÄ° has to constantly check all product information and prices on the website. However, GÜREL BIJUTERÄ° is not responsible for any situation caused by typographical or calculation errors.
3 - Situations that did not exist at the time the contract was approved, but occurred later and that prevent one or both of the parties from fulfilling their responsibilities (Natural Disaster, War, Terror, Strike, etc.) will be force majeure. In this case, the party affected by force majeure shall notify the other party in writing. During the continuation of the force majeure, the parties are not obliged to fulfill the provisions of the contract. If the force majeure does not disappear within 10 days, each party reserves the right to terminate the Agreement unilaterally.
4 - All Customers who purchase products from the GÜREL BIJUTERÄ° website are deemed to have read and accepted all of the articles in the contract.
APPLICATION:
The terms of the contract include provisions that bind both parties, and the failure of one party to comply with the terms of the contract does not eliminate the responsibility of the other party.
STARTING THE AGREEMENT
This contract begins with the completion of the order by the Customer on the GÜREL BIJUTERÄ° website. The fact that the Payment process has not yet been completed by the customer does not cancel the terms of the contract.
